Spherification is a culinary  process used in modern kitchen that  combines several concepts of  physics and chemistry with the culinary  art.Spherification is a technique that makes the flavours  appear suddenly in the mouth, creating an explosion of taste.
It basically consists of food presentation in the form of small spheres of solid texture on the  outside and liquid  on the  in- side  that  produces a pleasant sensation in the  mouth of the diner.
