What is it
It is a program that allows students, who graduate from Seido Mikawadai (Nagasaki College) and have been part of the football club, to continue their education in Spain and gives them the opportunity to make a professional career in football. A maximum of three places are to be filled per year, although they may be deserted if the requirements are not met.
What is the objective?
The fundamental objective is to provide good training for the students who participate in the program and to develop as people by becoming the best version of themselves. On the other hand, the means will be put in place and work will be done with the illusion that some of these kids can become professional footballers.
The international experience, the coexistence with students from other countries and a competitive football environment are considered to contribute in an important way to the achievement of these objectives.

Why this program?
DCJ has decided to offer this support as a way of thanking the country where it was born and which has given, and is giving, so much to the company and each of its members. After intense consideration among various educational institutions in the country it has been decided that the chosen "partner" will be Seido Mikawadai from Nagasaki.
It has been concluded that it is a solid institution that provides great value to the students: it promotes ideals and gives an integral formation to its students. In this way, the students will be able to make good use of the program and will give continuity to the training received at the school.

What is the content of the Program?
Phase I: April-September of the first yeaR
A. Preparation during High School:
1. During the third year of High School they have to take Spanish classes to reach a basic level of the Spanish language.
2. They will receive a training course one day a week for the duration of the course on the roots of Europe.
B. Arrival in Spain and first months:
1. The students will reside, while assigned to the Program in Valencia (Spain) in the Albalat Hall of Residence. It is understood that if they are signed up by teams from other cities that make this solution impossible, the best solution will be studied in each case.
2. At the end of March they have to go to Valencia (Spain).
3. From their arrival in Valencia they will be under the supervision of the sports scout (Professional Football Scouting): Mr. Fernando García-Manglano (from now on FGM). Showing respect and obedience to what FGM deems appropriate. If there are any difficulties, they should contact the school's soccer coach who will tutor the program from Japan.
4. From April to July of the first year you will play in a team determined by FGM so that you can adapt and have scouts who can observe you in action and see the projection and possibilities for the following year.
5. During this period they will have to combine training and matches with intensive Spanish studies in an academy and preparation for the university entrance exam for internationals. These studies will continue during the summer until September.
6. In July-September of the first year they will have to take the Spanish university entrance exam for internationals.
7. At the end of this period they will have more clarity about the future. We will know if any team is interested in the members of the program (from now on STP). There are three possible situations:

2. They will receive a training course one day a week for the duration of the course on the roots of Europe.

7. At the end of this period they will have more clarity about the future. We will know if any team is interested in the members of the program (from now on STP). There are three possible situations:
- No team interested: STP will continue playing and training in the team that has made it until July of the first year with the idea of returning to Japan in March of the first year to start their university studies.
- Some interested team with a small number of players (under 1.200EUR): the STP will decide if they want to sign with the team that offers to play. FGM will negotiate the conditions. And you could ask for a record until March of the first year with the idea of going back to Japan to study. Or continue all year, considering that DCJ's support from April of the second year will be reduced to maximum of 20%.
- Some interested team with a decent record (over 1,200EUR): the STP will decide if you want to sign for the team that offers you to play. FGM will negotiate the conditions. The idea would be to continue all year and try to make a place for himself in the Spanish or international football scene. There is a possibility to ask for a record until March of the first year in case the STP would like to return to Japan to study. In any case, DCJ's economic support will disappear from April of the second year, although of course the STP will continue to be attended.
Phase II: September-March of the first yeaR
1. From September onwards, they will start their studies at the university as listeners, or they will start their studies in full if the idea is not to return to Japan in March of the first year.
2. They will start training and playing with the teams that have signed them. The coordination will be done by the FGM coach.
3. In January they will have to decide if they want to continue in Phase III of the program or return to Japan. The decision will be agreed upon by the tutors: Mr. Fernando García-Manglano, the the school's soccer coach, the management of CM Albalat and the CEO of DCJ.

Phase III: April second year onwards, until the end of the sports career.
There are four different scenarios:
1. Those STPs who have decided to return to Japan to begin their studies in Japan. They will continue to be involved in the program as ambassadors and if they start a professional soccer career at some point, in Japan or in another country, they will continue to be involved in the commitment made to DCJ.
2. Those STP in which no team has been interested but have decided to continue their studies in Spain and play in the team assigned by FGM. DCJ will continue to tutor but will not receive any financial support, understanding that it was reasonable to return to Japan and continue practicing soccer at the amateur level there.
3. Those STPs where there are some interested teams with few chips (below 1200EUR) and have decided to continue in Spain and try their luck. DCJ will continue to tutor and financially support a maximum of 20% of the costs of accommodation, registration and travel to Spain (one trip per year).
4. Those STPs where there is an interested team with a decent record (above 1200EUR) and have decided to continue in Spain and try their luck. DCJ will continue to act as a tutor and financially they will not receive any support as they are considered to be able to support themselves financially. If their income is over 3,000EUR/month they will have to contribute 20% to DCJ.
